This policy explains what personal data we collect through the aivoice.gr website, for what purpose, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), business (optional), your message.
- Usage data: aggregated, anonymous visitor statistics (pages, country, device type) without cookies and without storing your IP address.
- Server log files for the security of the website.
We do not collect special categories of data through the website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to requests via the contact form: taking pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Visitor statistics: legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)), as the data is anonymous and no cookies are used.
- Website security: legitimate interest.
4. Recipients
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany/Finland, EU), as processor.
- Analytics: Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU), without cookies and without personal data.
We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Website data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area. No data is transferred outside the EEA.
6. Retention period
- Contact form messages: 12 months from the last contact, unless an engagement follows.
- Visitor statistics: aggregated only, with no identification of individuals.
- Server log files: up to 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent. To exercise them, write to aivoice@aivoice.gr. We respond within one month.
8. Complaints
If you believe your rights are being infringed, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
9. Security
The website operates exclusively over HTTPS. Access to contact form messages is restricted to the responsible company staff, and backups are kept.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
