Digital assistant terms of use

The assistant is an artificial intelligence (AI) program. You are talking to software, not to a person. It answers based on the information provided by the business whose website it is on. The replies are generated by a model of Anthropic, PBC.

If you want to talk to a person, you can ask for one through the assistant or contact the business directly.

• Replies are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions, for example about prices, dates or availability.
• They are not legal, medical, tax, financial or other professional advice.
• They are not a binding offer or contract. Only what the business confirms in writing or through its ordering process is binding.
• The assistant does not make decisions for you. Before an important decision, confirm the information with the business.

Use the assistant only for questions to the business. The following are prohibited:

• unlawful, offensive or misleading use,
• attempts to bypass the assistant's instructions or restrictions,
• spam or automated use (bots, scripts) and bulk extraction of content,
• submitting malicious code or third-party content without the right to do so.

In case of abuse, access may be limited or stopped without notice.

Do not type sensitive details in the conversation: passwords, card or bank account details, health or identity details. Whatever you type in the conversation is sent to the AI provider to generate the reply. If you want the business to contact you, use the assistant's form: the details in the form are not sent to the AI provider.

The controller of your data is the business on whose website you use the assistant. AI VOICE processes the data on its behalf, as a processor. What is recorded, for how long and what your rights are is described in that website's Privacy Policy.

For the assistant on aivoice.gr, the AI VOICE Privacy Policy applies.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the assistant running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The assistant may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or failures of third-party providers, or when the business switches it off.

To the extent permitted by law, AI VOICE is not liable for damage resulting from a decision you took based on a reply of the assistant without confirming it with the business. The business is responsible for its own products and services. These terms do not limit the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

These terms may change; the version published on this page applies, with the date at the top. They are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to consumer protection provisions.
